What price ranges do they fall in?
What is needed when buying a hookah?
How much Tobacco is used when smoking a hookah?

First Price range is from say $20-300.
I have smoked out of dozens of hookahs and i don't recommend buying a hookah under $50...there are few exceptions but they are hared to find.
All that is needed in buying a hookah is an ID. If buying online it's verified via your credit card. If your credit/debit card doesn't verify your age, as in your under 18, the credit card, they will decline your order.

This was my first hookah like 8 years ago. I still got it! It's a power house, and I love the 3 hose option. And has rubber stoppers for solo sessions.

Some like Syrian hoses for the look, this is the best one and the ice chamber on top is a HUGE PLUS!

This is my current goto hookah. It's amazing. Besides it's amazing looks, it can easily convert to a four hose autoseal hookah to a single traditional hookah. It was worth every penny!
As far as tobacco, I have smoked 80% of the brands out there, and I have determined that herbal is junk...tastes awful. I pretty much stick to three brands of Tobacco now, Romman, Nakhla, and Tangiers.

Tangiers is tricky and you might want to hold off on it for a while.

Visa gift card buy hookah?
So i got a Visa Gift card and i've been having fun ordering shit online. I was wondering if it would work ordering a Hookah set online as well. (I'm 17)
So any answers are appreciated and awarded. 
It depends on which state you live in, most states have 18 as their minimum age so it would be illegal, if you live in a state where it's lower then you will be ok as most people use one to smoke tobacco.
