Those are really two separate questions. Bad for you? Yes, it's tobacco and tobacco is carcinogenic and other bad things. If you don't do it that often? No, you can smoke anything -- pipes, cigars, cigarettes, hookahs -- in moderation without serious risk if you're young and healthy.
