What are the chances for cancer after 1 Hookah session?
So I smoked hookah for the first time today for 2 hours with a couple buddies after work. I was told that Hookah was a lot safer than cigarettes but when I hoped online after I realized that that is untrue. I took anywhere from 50-75 puffs I would estimate. I'm a little worried about the whole cancer situation; I don't plan on smoking ever again. Are my chances for cancer much higher or do you think its no big deal that I only did it once and am not going to do it again?
Also, most of the puffs I took were complete inhales though. I've also never smoked anything previous to this.
How does the Hookah taste like?
We have more tha 50% lung cancer patients who had never smoke in their lifetime, and we knew of Chinese leaders who smoke that lived up to 80 years old, more Chinese doctors are still smoking, so don't worry! You won't get cancer from Hookah.
According to Chinese Traditional Medicine System, Chinese doctors believe that person who has worries over a period of time, gets weaker in their lungs,
while person who think too hard are weaker in their stomach & intestines, person who gets angry always will be weak in their liver....

Hookah, First Time?
Yesterday for the first time I did hookah at my friend’s friend’s house. I only did it like 3 times and they were small inhales too, very little. They put half a dime of weed in there but they said it wasn’t really real so it didn’t have any effect so basically it was just hookah. I did very little for the first time. This was last night at like 3 and this afternoon when I woke up around 3 I had the biggest headache ever (after sleeping for 9 hours and then I came home at like 6 n went back to sleep for like 3 hours after taking medicine so it stopped hurting. However, I still feel really tired like I can go to sleep right now and I don’t have a headache but a very small one. also my jaw hurts when i chew maybe because of the headache?
Is this because of my first time doing hookah? And when will all these side effects go away? Is this normal?
It isn't from the hookah, it's b/c you slept so dang long.
Drink some water.
